RankShark is operated by RankShark spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (RankShark sp. z o.o.), with its registered office at ul. 3 Maja 17, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała, Poland. The company is entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Bielsko-Biała, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0001256034. NIP 5472261555, REGON 545308782. Share capital: PLN 5,000.00, paid up in full. In these terms we are "RankShark", "we" or "us". You can reach us at hello@rankshark.ai.
We use a small number of first-party cookies: enough to keep you signed in, and one to remember which campaign brought you here. We do not use advertising cookies on this site, and we do not let third parties track you across other websites from here.
That is why you are not being interrupted by a consent banner. Cookies that are strictly necessary for a service you asked for do not require consent, and we have deliberately kept to that set.
Without these the service cannot work, so they cannot be switched off.
This is a first-party cookie. It is not shared with an advertising network, it does not follow you to other websites, and it holds no name, email address, or account identifier — only how you arrived. We rely on legitimate interest for it, and you can object at any time by emailing privacy@rankshark.ai or simply by blocking it in your browser. Blocking it does not affect anything you can do on the site.
When you pay, the checkout is handled by Stripe, which sets its own cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud. That happens on Stripe's own checkout page and is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
We do not embed advertising pixels, social widgets, or third-party analytics trackers on this website. If that changes, we will update this page and introduce a consent mechanism before setting anything that requires it.
Every major browser lets you see, block, and delete cookies — usually under Settings, then Privacy. Blocking the strictly necessary ones will stop you signing in. Blocking the attribution cookie has no effect on your experience; it only makes our own marketing harder for us to measure.
If we add or change a cookie, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. If we ever introduce cookies that require your consent, we will ask for it before setting them, not afterwards.
